We are able to advise on the different installation options and most suitable stoves for your situation and individual requirements. It is very important to us to not only carry out all work to a high standard and in full accordance with building regulations but provide you with a stove and fireplace best suited to your needs and personal choice.
Peter can provide you with as much information as possible over the phone and via email regarding choices of stoves, heating and safety requirements, installation options, the best pricing, hearth and surrounds. He will need details of your chimney, existing fireplace and dimensions of the room in order to fully discuss and determine how best to fulfil your requirements. Following your deposit all materials will be ordered and an installation date will be arranged. After installation Peter will issue a HETAS certificate and is always available for any further advice. Emily, a qualified APICS chimney sweep and HETAS engineer, can carry out an annual sweep or sweep and service if required.
Peter can connect your stove by using your existing chimney if suitable, installing a twin wall stainless steel flexible liner or installing a new stainless steel chimney system. We can provide and fit a wide variety of hearths and fire surrounds - stone, slate, marble, tiles or brick etc.
Our aim is for you to feel proud of your new stove and fully satisfied with its performance.
